Postage costs are not refunded. Please allow 10 working days from when you send your return for the refund to process.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check items before use. This including washing prior to wear. Any item found to be flawed or damaged after use or washing will not be refunded.
All items have been quality checked by our manufacturer and by ourselves on packing.
Please note our size guides/ recommendations through social media and advice on size needed are purely ADVICE. We are not physically fitting the covers and they are not made to order. 95% of the time we are spot on and we have over 500 5 star reviews to back up however 5% of the time it can be off on size given. If this occurs you can return / exchange your covers as per our return policy.
